Did Yoga X today with Penny and she lasted about 30 min. with her coaching water aerobics the night before for 2 hours shde said she was sore.
Damn this video is long 1.5 hours. Did good on most of it but some things this out of shape body just can't do:
41:15 into video failed at Side Arm Balance
44:15 Can't do the One Foot Balance in Warrior 3
43:00 Failed at Standing Splits also since I can't reach the floor yet
Followed up immediatly by Twisting Half Moon
Followed By Half Moon
Jumped back in at the 50 min mark. That 9 min section is definitely the hardest of the entire video
Royal Dancer @ 53 min is tough, lost my balance a few times but tried to stay with the program.
54:13 Standing Leg Extensions. Only did it pulling my knee to my chest. Can't do the straight leg out extension for more than 10 sec without either losing my balance or the burning in my leg makes me drop it.Did the 2nd/3rd rep with only my knee at my chest
57.30 Crane is going to be awhile before I can even think of doing this move. I need to get these tired old muscles more limber before trying this one.
1:04:00 Bridge/Wheel I'll be lucky if I can come close to doing this one after 90 days. This is definitely the hardest move on the video and you could get seriously hurt if not done right
Plough after this I can do well if it had been earlier in the video, but at this point and all the workout you've been doing, your muscles are screaming at you
1:15:00 Yoga Belly 7. If you think your muscles were screaming on Plough wait til you get thru this. I kept dropping my legs after about 10 seconds, but put them up again. Need exercises like this to get that 6 pack ab look. Boat and Half/Boat are the toughest of the 7
