Chest and Back

First time out here in Chest and Back. Had to have a chair for support for the wide reach pull ups. I'm ok with the hands in pull ups for about 4 or 5, but can barely do one hands out wide pull up. Guess all those push ups and "baggy pant" with weights will help down the road.
My other weak area here is the diamond push ups. Can get out 2 or 3, but need to work more to do better. Overall a good workout and not too sore, guess the muscles are starting to get acclimated.
Breakfast:
5 egg white omelet with mushrooms and chives
6 oz. Cherry/Goji juice
Snack:
Yogurt Parfait
Lunch:
Spinach Salad with turkey, pinenuts and tomatoes with rasp. vin

Workout with a Strawberry Whey protein shake after

PM Snack
1/2 Power Bar
Dinner
Small Chop Salad with Blackened Salmon (@ work)
