No workout Again :(

Breakfast:
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt with 1 T berries and 1 T granona
Snack: the new protein bar
lunch: spinach salad with 1 T of bleu cheese, 1 tsp of toasted pine nuts and 4 cherry tomatoes with my homemade raspberry viniagrette.
pm snack/dinner will be the Whey Strawberry shake
