Ab Ripper X

No problem doing the in/out's. Died on the bicycle kicks 3/4 way through. I sucked at the leg climb, this gut I have gets in the way and I barely get past my knees. Some of them frustrated me at my current state of health, but didn't sway me from keeping it up.
Breakfast was a dry whole grain Thomas Bagel with a pam sprayed bowl of 4 oz of Egg Beater.
1 6 oz parfait glass of 4 oz Meijer NonFat Vanilla Yogurt, 2 oz of Great Value frozen mixed berries and 1 oz of Bear Naked Fit - Vanilla Almond Crunch
Lunch was 8 oz.Northland Juice Blueberry Acai and a Kashi Choc/Rasp bar
