Stopped by Walmart and picked up some things for the new diet/workout regimen:
Refill Filter for my Pur Water Pitcher Like this better than the Brita cuz you can by 0 cal. flavor capsules to add to the taste. I picked up another Raspberry since I hate the taste of plain ol water

Had to stop by Sports Authority and get my Iron Gym Extreme pull up bar. Same as the P90x websites, but $20 less. Penny needed some 5 lb dumbells also for her workout.

Went to the Vitamin Shoppe and picked up some stuff to curb my appetite and also help with the workouts:
Ultimate Man Multi Vitamins
Supreme Protein Peanut Butter Crunch Bars for when I miss a meal of I'm hungry at work. They are 400 cal, but some days I may only eat half of one. They do have 30g of protein in each bar.

Also got Whey Gold Strawberry for an after workout shake. Making it with no fat milk for the first try and taking it to work tonight

I was going to get the glycosime with MSM for joint health there also, but the Beachbody product is a better product because it also has Collagen II. At the Vitamin shoppe I would have had to purchased this seperately and had another pill per day to take and spend another $20 for it. So i did buy the Joint Support Super Formula there.
All in all it was about $120 for the vitamins, protein bar and whey shake powder.
Going to try and do a workout when I get home if its not too late
