Shoulder and Arms

First time watching this video, so I went easy to learn the reps. Only did 10 lb dumbells and felt a light burn in my muscles. Will increase to 15 lb next time. Did the full workout no problem. Feels good to be at it again.
Breakfast: Whole grain English Muffin and 80z Blueberry acai
AM Break: 20 Almonds
Lunch: Kashi Bar 1/2 a Fresh turkey sandwich.
I baked a 16 lb turkey today and going to let it cool and portion it out on Wed. and freeze the rest.

No afternoon snack since I was at work. Should have taken something since I did a little random nibbling at work

Dinner: 1/2 Chop Salad with 4 oz Salmon
