No Workout Today

Body ached and had alot of errands to do.
Breakfast: Kashi bar and 8 oz blueberry/acai
AM snack: 1 pkg Whole grain crackers with cheese
Lunch: Skipped because I was running around
Dinner: Not good! At work and I ate about 4 shrimp with cocktail sauce, 4 or 5 mini crab cakes with panko breading and a couple mini monte cristo sandwiches from a party we were doing
Came home really late and didn't want to eat too much before bed so I made a 100 cal. Redenbacher Smart Corn and caught up on some DVR'd stuff
