X Stretch Pre-Training

Not too tough on the cardio for this. Though my lower body is flexible since I'm on my feet all day, my gut seems to be getting in the way of extensions down to my toes. Only did the hamstring stretches to middle of my shins Could touch the top of my shoelaces after doing some deep breathing and feeling the burn
