Legs and Back Ab Ripper X

Did all of the leg exercises, but not all the back ones. Should have followed the program and not gone free style. I wanted to watch every video at least once before I went hardcore on Jan. 2 and after doing Chest and back yesterday, my arms weren't ready to do back to back days of pull ups. Skipped a few of the reps since my arms still ached from yesterdays workout. Follwed up by Ab Ripper X
Breakfast: yogurt parfait (my daily favorite) 10 am
no snack
Lunch: 8 oz low fat beef patty with some onions and bleu cheese stuffed in the center and cooked on the George Foreman grill. Served with a side of spinach salad with some pine nuts, mushrooms and tomatoes with the homemade rasp. viniagrette 12:30 pm.
Did workout at 3 pm after walking Angel (our female Pitt rescue) for a mile walk.
Shower and off to work after workout and took a Strawberry protein shake to drink for an after workout restore on the way to work.
1/4 of my protein bar at 6 pm to curb my hunger pangs
8:30 pm a small Chop Salad with Blackened Salmon (work meal)

This week will be one of my biggest challenges. I work a double on Mon/Wed/Thur. Need to take time to put together a diet to get me thru the day at work and also get in my workouts. I'm @ work tomorrow @ 11:45 which means getting up at 9 am for breakfast, dog walks, workout by 9:45 for an hour, pack a lunch/snack/dinner for work and be on the road there by 11:10. Probably won't be home tomorrow til at least 10 pm or later.
Trying to keep up on my water consumption also has been challenging. I HATE water!! Been filling my sport bottle with the 5 calorie Strawberry Energy Crystal Light for work so I avoid the dreaded pop gun there. No problem drinking a full bottle during my workouts and maybe 1/2 a bottle prior in the day and one at work, but the 24 oz sport bottle needs to be drank 5-6 times and I'm only drinking about 3, not including my protein shake.
